Watch Wayne live-cook Jerk marinated chicken thigh over charcoal and allspice. Covered in your choice of mild or “Super Jerk” hot sauce and a cooling scallion Ranch. Served with coconut rice and beans, citrus-roasted cauliflower, fire-roasted corn salad, sweet red pepperonata and an amazing plantain fritter.
